How It Works
The brands/designers must send an Excel sheet detailing the available stock, photo of item, price, quantity available and sizes available to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before any stock is delivered to the Gotrend warehouse, the product information form must be completed for the products selected by our buying team.
All deliveries of stock to the Gotrend warehouse must be accompanied by a completed hard copy of the product information form present at delivery, plus a soft copy emailed to email@example.com. If the product information form is not presented upon delivery, Gotrend reserves the right to refuse the stock. A size guide must be sent along with the soft copy of the product information form.
Gotrend commits to returning defective or damaged stock within 5-7 business days.
Brands/designers must supply one sample piece for each product delivered. This will be used for creating the necessary images and photographs for use on the site; if samples are not available, please note that we will use one size from each product for photo shooting purposes.
If products remain unsold after 4 months from the coding date, they will be returned to the seller and unlisted from the site.
Gotrend sells only items from recent collections - we only accept new designs and will only sell items which have been available from the designer/brand for less than 4 months.
As outlined in the MOU, we accept stock into the warehouse only on set days which have been pre-determined and agreed in advance with our buying and merchandising team. Deliveries will be accepted between 10am and 4pm.
Stock cannot be returned to designers less than 2 months from the date of upload.
Gotrend will not purchase less than 6 pieces per product/item.
